KLAS Flight Operations unit provides load-control, crew briefing/administration, flight documentation and ramp agent services.

As a point of contact at aircraft side we position a ramp agent who co-ordinates with KLAS other operational divisions such as catering, engineering, cargo and with the customer airline representative for special instructions, or last minute changes and also act as a flight dispatcher.

The certified load-controllers are responsible to plan loading of dead load and passenger distribution in the cabin to achieve optimum payload and for safe departure.
