As
an independent ground handler, KLAS has emerged from a modest
start in KLIA handling only 2 carriers i.e. Fedex and Emirates in
June 98 to become a key player.
Today, KLAS is recognised as a reliable ground handler for
commercial airlines operating into and out of KLIA, and for ad-hoc
operators who use KLIA regularly.

Our
computerized check-in system hosted by SITA Departure Control System allows our agents to process all
check-in functions without undue hassles. If required, the check-in can also be
processed directly on customer airline's host DCS via SITA CUTE.

Our fleet of new and
modern Ground Support Equipment (GSE) can support all needs on the
ramp. Equipments such as the tow-bar-less towing tractor is
capable of lifting and pushing an aircraft minus the usual need of
tow
bar.
With such
facilities and a result-oriented team, service excellence,
professionalism and highest level of efficiency are assured.
All special needs and procedures for baggage segregation and
loading pattern are readily to be fulfilled for ease of handling

KLAS
Flight Operations unit provides load-control, crew
briefing/administration, flight documentation and ramp agent
services.
As a point of contact at aircraft side we position a ramp agent
who co-ordinates with KLAS other operational divisions such as
catering, engineering, cargo and with the customer airline representative
for special instructions, or last minute changes and also act as a
flight dispatcher.
The certified load-controllers are responsible to plan loading of
dead load and passenger distribution in the cabin to achieve optimum payload and for safe departure.
