Responsible to establish the business plan and strategies of Business Development Division in line with the Company’s Vision, Mission and Objectives. To develop and implement the Marketing concept and policy in alignment with Company’s Vision. He/She is also responsible to market the services, set pricing policies and strategies and negotiate contracts with potential and present customer. He/She is also responsible to coordinate, control and administer all resources and activities to achieve the financial objectives of the company. The incumbents will also act as liaison persons with all representatives of customers, airport management, government officials, and business associates. He is also responsible to develop marketing strategies for the improvement of business. The Person: Holder of a recognized Degree or a Diploma in any discipline (preferably Marketing). Possess relevant airline industry experience and airport operations at senior management level. Prior knowledge of business development and marketing. Position 2: ASSISTANT MANAGER, CARGO OPERATIONS DIVISION Job Location : KLIA The Job: Reporting to the Head of Cargo Division, in a day-to-day Cargo Handling Operations. He/She is responsible to assist the Head of Cargo in the Cargo Operations in order to meet the Company’s objectives and goals and to ensure the smooth operation of the Cargo handling operations to meet the customer needs and standards. The incumbent’s responsibilities are to plan and budget resource requirement (manpower and equipment) efficiently, monitoring and control staff performance, guiding and leading cargo operations. He/She is also responsible at meeting customer Airlines requirements and service standards. The Person: Holder of a recognized Degree or a Diploma in any discipline. Possess relevant airline industry experience and airport operations at senior management level. Prior knowledge of the day-to-day procedures of Cargo handling operations.
