KL Airport Services Sdn. Bhd. (KLAS) a subsidiary of DRB-HICOM Berhad is a GROUND HANDLING company operating at KLIA, Penang, Langkawi, Kota Kinabalu (Sabah) & Kuching, (Sarawak) Airports in Malaysia.

KLAS provides ground handling services to foreign airlines and among the services include Passenger Handling, Ramp Handling, Cargo Handling, In-Flight Catering & Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering and Integrated Logistic & Services.

Job Requirements:-

  • Fresh graduate majoring  in the Human Resource field is encouraged to apply(not mandatory) and will consider in any discipline field study.
  • Strong knowledge in Malaysian Labour Law including Employment Act 1955 and experience more then 1-3 years in Human Resources (Industrial Relatian) is an added advantage.
  • Computer literate with good hands on with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.
  • Observant, result oriented and analytical
  • Good administrative skills mainly in keeping records, preparing reports and updating database.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, reliable and highly disciplined, self starter, strong ability to multi-task and a good team player.
  • Malaysian citizen.

 

Job Responsibility:-

The job of the Executive - Industrial Relation (IR) is a highly specialized position for support Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive/ Executive, IR in Disciplinary & Grievances – Investigate, manage and control all the disciplinary domestic inquires (DI) as prosecutor and prepare recommendation papers for appropriate disciplinary actions.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

  • To be responsible for all Employees/Industrial Relations activities including handling all matters related to disciplinary actions, grievance counselling, staff misconduct, organizing JCC matters, advising and guiding management on the and the best practices employer, employee and including all relevant employment laws.
  • To be responsible for all IR cases and communicates all the related activities and movements to the management as and when required.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management of Information Systems.
  • Experience in programming and systems analysis related activities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill (oral and written)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft software products and basic networking
  • Strong in analytical skills and able to solve complex technical problems.
  • Extensive knowledge of ERP software is preferred.
  • Experience in Crystal Reporting Tool is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with Disaster Recovery Planning.
  • Aviation experience will be an added advantage.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • 24*7 on standby support and on call work may be required.
  • Malaysian citizens and able to work in KLIA, Sepang.
Tasks:
  • Responsible for day-to-day support and troubleshooting software application issues
  • Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide first level support.
  • Participate in the new IT software development project.
  • Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, etc.
  • Assist to conduct User Acceptance Test.
  • Provide technical support for users and conduct end users training when required.
  • Provide preventive and housekeeping maintenance for all system installed.
  • Works closely with management to priorities business goals and information needs.
